Request Delete account

You can ask us to delete your Boya Store account and all your personal data at any time. Fill in the form below and we will start straight away.

How does deletion work?

    Submitting the request

    Confirming account ownership

    You will receive an email with a confirmation link. Click it to prove the account is yours. The request is not carried out without this step.

    Carrying out the deletion

    Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of confirmation at the latest, and you will get an email once it is done.

What gets deleted?

  • User account, login name and password.
  • Name, mobile number and email.
  • Saved shipping and billing addresses.
  • Cart and wishlist.
  • Your personal data inside the record of past orders (it is anonymised).

What do we keep?

  • Invoices and financial transaction records, which the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting review for 5 years — but without your personal data.
  • Any order still being processed or shipped, until it is delivered or cancelled.

Once the legal retention period ends, these records are permanently destroyed.

Deleting your account is final and cannot be undone. You will no longer be able to sign in or view your previous orders, and you will need to create a new account to shop again.

Account Deletion — English

Boya Store customers can request the deletion of their account and personal data at any time using the form above, with no need to contact support.

How it works: submit your registered email address, confirm the request through the verification link we email you, and your account is deleted within 30 days at the latest. You receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Deleted: your user account and login credentials, name, phone number, email address, saved billing and shipping addresses, cart and wishlist, and your personal details inside past orders (which are anonymised).

Retained: invoices and financial transaction records, which we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting audits for 5 years — stripped of your personal data. Orders still in progress are retained until they are delivered or cancelled.
